Quality Assurance Quality Control Coordinator

Role OverviewThis role is responsible for incoming inspections and return material acceptance at the Glendale Warehouse. The position focuses on verifying electrical materials, interpreting engineering drawings, validating quantities and specifications, maintaining QA/QC records, and coordinating with engineering, warehouse, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee incoming material inspections and return material acceptanceVerify material specifications, quantities, and conditions against drawings and project requirementsRead and interpret engineering drawings to support inspection and material validationPerform material take-offs based on drawings and ensure quantity accuracyReview and maintain QA/QC inspection records, NCRs, and CAPA documentationCoordinate with engineering, warehouse, and procurement teams to resolve quality issuesIdentify and report non-conforming materials and support corrective actionsSupport outbound material inspection to ensure shipment quality and accuracyMaintain QA/QC documentation and support audit readinessAssist with quality analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with safety and company policiesRequired QualificationsArizona C-11 Electrical Contractor LicenseAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsExperience with material take-offs and quantity verificationFamiliarity with electrical materials and specificationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentBasic computer skills for documentation and reportingEnglish communication requiredHands-on experience in electrical, construction, or industrial environments strongly preferredPreferred QualificationsU.S. electrician license, Journeyman or equivalent, is a plusTaiwan electrician license is also acceptableExperience in warehouse material inspection or construction projectsFamiliarity with QA/QC standards such as ISO 9001Experience working with contractors, vendors, or field teamsDegree in Engineering or related fieldExperience in QA/QC, inspection, or material controlEqual Employment Opportunity Statement: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by local law, regulation, or ordinance.
