This is a short-term, part-time, on-site role supporting a small team with general administrative functions.Key Responsibilities:Perform general administrative tasks including filing, copying, and organizing documentsAssist with data entry and maintaining recordsScan and redact confidential information in filesAnswer and direct incoming phone callsHandle mail distribution and labeling envelopesSupport preparation for board meetingsMaintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)Required Skills:Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle confidential informationGood communication skillsEducation:High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)Additional Requirements:Must be a local candidate (Phoenix, AZ) at the time of submissionMust be able to start within 1 week of selectionSecurity clearance/background check required (HireRight process)No travel requiredWork Schedule:20 hours per week (Monday-Friday or Monday-Thursday)Flexible schedule, but must be available during mid-day hours for mail handling
