YOU: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk in a professional office setting. Law firm experience preferred, but not a deal breaker. You adapt easily and can learn new systems faster than most. Your proofreading and reverse engineering skills are exceptional, and you're a stickler for details and deadlines. Proficiency in Office 365, Adobe, Teams and Zoom is an understatement. You are unfazed by big personalities and handle client stress with grace and ease. You are a self-starter and can work independently, but collaborate with a team seamlessly, and take direction exceptionally well. You are open to critique and are seeking to expand your skill sets. Organized, reliable, professional and friendly are all adjectives used to describe you. You're agile and flexible when it comes to task lists and setting (and resetting) priorities.
