United Security, Inc. (USI) - - Responsibilities: Provide armed escorts of inmates traveling to, during and from off-site medical visits within Philadelphia County.; The secure custody of all inmates during medical appointments.; Furnishing the necessary personnel to provide for the protection and safekeeping of those inmates.; Secure custody always requires physical control of the inmate. The physical control of the inmates by the contractor shall be sufficient to prevent escape.; Maintain constant control over, and direct visual observation of the inmate.
