Job Description:
Solo Real Estate is looking for a dedicated office coordinator to join our family of agents and real estate professionals. We're a small family-owned and operated real estate firm based in Center City Philadelphia and we're passionate about helping people realize their goals of buying, selling, renting, investing, or managing property in the city we call home.In this role you will:Answer incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional communicationManage office supplies; receive, sort, and distribute mailMake weekly bank deposits and assist with bill paymentsProvide clients with exceptional customer service experienceCoordinate with tenants and owners to schedule regular building maintenance including exterminators, insurance, fire alarm checks, lead paint inspections and utilitiesMaintain an inventory of keys and facilitate access to properties for showings or repairsScan and file leases, property management agreements, insurance documents, condition reports, and compliance certificationsAssist broker/owner, bookkeeper, property managers, and agents with any administrative, operational, and miscellaneous tasksOur ideal candidate:Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and OutlookHas 1-2 years of experience in an administrative roleHas excellent written and verbal communication skillsIs organized, reliable, and has a strong work ethicIs able to multitask while maintaining a positive, friendly attitudeShares our commitment to our local community and has an interest in learning about property management, real estate, responsible development, and sustainabilitySolo Real Estate manages approximately 450 units across Philadelphia ranging from single-family to apartments to condos.
