DescriptionOverviewThis position's primary responsibility is to serve as the main user and point of contact for all customer routing processes. It ensures that shipments are routed through the appropriate customer portals and methods in a timely manner, meeting all customer requirements, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in customer portals, KERP for KA, and Oracle for GFS, avoiding chargebacksAbout Unrivaled TeamwearUnrivaled Teamwear serves as the parent company of Champion Teamwear, Gear for Sports, and Knights Apparel, each as an industry leader in the sports and team apparel space. Each brand offers customers a premier selection and exceptional service for all their sportswear needs, from T-shirts and caps to fleece, performance wear, and outerwear.Job ResponsibilitiesRelease orders to pullers based on the Allocation Report in KERPS and ship dates.Maintain proper follow-up with pullers on pick batches to ensure orders are completed on time.Route all retail orders through customer portals prior to ship dates.Provide the necessary documentation in KERPS to support an efficient and accurate billing process.For GFS, process shipments in ShipIt, including manually shipping and rating orders for freight in Oracle.Ensure orders meet both Knights Apparel and Gear for Sports standards and close them accordingly.Serve as the primary point of contact for production-related questions, issues, training, and troubleshooting.Act as a liaison between Gear for Sports and production teams.Follow up with carriers to ensure orders are picked up on time.Ensure all orders are properly closed in the system to avoid chargebacks.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or G.E.D preferred, but not requiredPrior shipping experience of customer routed freight preferred, but not requiredAble to read and interpret written informationBasic computer skills including proficiency with Word and Excel with the ability to develop skills in Oracle and KERPBilingual English/SpanishEOE/AA: Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
