Pain Management Nurse Practitioner

Seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our outpatient Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) team.If you have a passion for spine, musculoskeletal, and pain management care, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, dynamic environment. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop multi-modality treatment plans. Manage medications and provide ongoing patient follow-up. Utilize EMR systems effectively and maintain strong clinical documentation. Qualifications: Master s degree or higher. Completion of an accredited NP or PA program. Active New Hampshire ARNP or PA license and current DEA number (required prior to start). Minimum of 1-year clinical experience preferred (new grads considered). Experience in Pain Management or related specialty is a plus. Must be insurable under professional liability coverage.
