Job Summary FavorBonds is seeking an entrepreneurial individual to join our founding team and help launch FavorBonds, a virtual currency for exchanging business favors. Under the direction of the CEO, the Chief of Staff will handle multiple tasks, including administrative responsibilities, conducting research interviews, and engaging in marketing initiatives to encourage the posting and purchasing of favors. The role requires experience building community on social media, strong phone etiquette, and a willingness to learn various aspects of entrepreneurship and tackle new challenges with grit and a positive attitude. Duties / Responsibilities Create and manage social media accounts for FavorBonds across all major platforms. Post daily to social media to drive engagement, increase followers, and persuade users to post and purchase favors. Make daily calls to advisory board members to help them post their favors on FavorBonds. Conduct weekly product research with friends and colleagues to gather feedback and incorporate it into the platform. Test other methods to attract users and favor postings to FavorBonds. Execute email marketing campaigns with leads to drive posts and favor purchases. Create documents, images, and videos as needed to support the role. Report daily key metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Work effectively both independently and as part of a small team with the CEO, freelancers, and offshore resources. Undergo training within the Aspatore Academy during the first two weeks to learn entrepreneurship fundamentals. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Proficient social media user who knows how to build an engaged community. Polished phone etiquette and persuasive sales skills. Passion for entrepreneurship and excitement to join a dynamic company at its early stage. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
