Caseload: Typically 80–85 clients (Supported by dedicated administrative staff to reduce non-clinical workload)What You'll DoProvide individual, family, and/or group therapyComplete intakes, assessments, and treatment plansMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentationCollaborate with internal teams and external providersParticipate in team meetings and case consultationsFollow up on missed appointments to support client engagementQualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fieldLMSW, PLPC, LCSW, or LPC (or eligible-new graduates encouraged to apply)Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a mental health settingAdditional Requirements:Valid driver's licenseProof of continuous auto insuranceAcceptable driving record per agency policyAbout Our Outpatient ProgramOur Outpatient Program provides therapy services to individuals across their lifespan at all clinic locations.
