Building Maintenance Technician

Job Type Full-time Description Breezy Point Resort has an opening in our Building Maintenance Department. This is a full-time, year round position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off. We also offer great resort discounts! Duties include: General knowledge of building maintenance is helpful but not required. Evaluate, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in the buildings. Receive and respond to reports of maintenance issues on the premises. Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with control regulations. Communicate with facilities management about any repairs that are needed. Handyman experience is very helpful. Trade skills, electrical, maintenance duties include both interior and exterior. Ability to operate power and hand tools. Troubleshoot and perform repairs to equipment. RequirementsMust have a valid drivers license. CPO certified is very helpful but not required. This position requires passing a background screening. Must be able to pass the drivers license screening. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Salary Description $17-19/hour
