Executive Assistant - SNF Operations SupportLocation: Garden Springs Corporate OfficeReports To: Corporate Leadership TeamPosition SummaryThe Executive Assistant serves as a high-impact support partner to the Garden Springs executive team, assisting across a wide range of operational, administrative, and strategic initiatives.This role goes beyond traditional executive support. The ideal candidate brings prior experience within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment and can confidently support initiatives spanning HR, business office operations, vendor coordination, and corporate communications. This individual acts as a connector across departments and helps ensure follow-through on key priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support to executive leadership, including calendar management, coordination, and follow-through on key initiativesDraft and manage correspondence including offer letters, internal communications, and external messagingAssist with social media coordination and content posting aligned with company initiativesCoordinate with vendors and consultants, including contract follow-up and communicationSupport HR-related processes including recruiting coordination, onboarding, and offer letter preparationAssist with billing and revenue cycle follow-up, including coordination with facility business office teamsTrack and follow up on key deliverables across departments to ensure accountability and completionSupport special projects including acquisitions, new facility onboarding, and operational initiativesOrganize and maintain documentation related to compliance, contracts, and corporate recordsServe as a liaison between executives and facility-level staffRequired QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care setting (HR, Business Office, Social Services, or Operations)Strong understanding of SNF operations, including basic familiarity with billing, staffing, and regulatory environmentHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independentlyStrong written communication skills, including drafting professional correspondenceProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting corporate or regional leadership in a multi-site SNF organizationFamiliarity with PointClickCare or similar systemsExperience with social media management in a professional settingWhat This Role RequiresAbility to shift between administrative, operational, and project-based work quicklyComfort working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environmentStrong judgment in prioritizing executive needs and organizational demandsImportant NoteThis role requires prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
