You'll work closely with senior leadership and technical stakeholders to maintain current systems while helping shape the future state of the company's data infrastructure.What You'll DoSupport and maintain existing SQL Server databasesAssist with database design, performance tuning, and optimizationPartner with internal teams on application and data needsContribute to a greenfield PostgreSQL migration effortSupport a long-term initiative to consolidate and rebuild internal ERP systemsCollaborate with developers working in C# and ReactWhat We're Looking For2-4 years of experience working with SQL / relational databasesStrong foundational knowledge of database structures and queriesInterest in learning or working with PostgreSQLAbility to work onsite and collaborate with a small, hands-on teamStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in an evolving environmentNice to Have:Exposure to PostgreSQLExperience supporting internal systems or ERP environmentsFamiliarity with modern development environments
