IT Business Analyst

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to partner with business users, vendors, and IT to support and enhance core enterprise applications across Finance, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. This role balances production support with project work, ensuring technology solutions align with evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities: Serve as SME for core business applications and optimize business processes. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements. Support, troubleshoot, and enhance ERP, WMS/WCS, financial, BI/analytics, EDI/ASN, and 3PL systems. Lead requirements gathering, documentation, testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with developers and vendors on integrations, upgrades, and releases. Manage vendor relationships and support change management, training, and documentation. Identify risks and implement technology-driven solutions. Travel 10-20%. Qualifications: 5+ years' experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting enterprise systems. 5+ years in Beverage or Manufacturing (required). Experience with ERP, WMS/WCS, financial systems, and BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI). Knowledge of EDI integrations for customer and supplier transactions. Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Compensation: $110,000 to $120,000 annually Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
