This opportunity will require flexibility to work weekends and overtime.WHAT YOU’LL DO Main Functions: The Parts Room Clerk keeps inventory running smoothly by receiving, organizing, and tracking parts with accuracy and efficiency. This role maintains clean, well-organized storage, updates inventory records, manages shipments, and supports daily operations by issuing parts and completing work orders. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Related to the Job:Coordinate GSF Quality activities and operations to meet objectives for quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction at KanPak.Participate in formulating and administering division’s short- and long-range goals and objectives for business growth.Check incoming parts into inventory and update inventory countsCreate new stock locationsUpdate parts data in our inventory system to reflect current supplier, manufacturer, Stock location and financial informationKeep the parts room clean and orderlyReceive UPS & FedEx in, deliver packagesCheck out parts, make work ordersComplete work ordersOther Duties assigned my supervisorWHAT YOU’LL NEED Ability to diagnose and correct equipment malfunctions.Knowledge of chemicals used in wastewater treatment.Strong communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.Self-motivated with honesty, reliability, and accountability.Ability to follow written and oral instructions.Must be flexible with work hours.Maintain compliance with KanPak/GSF Code of Business Conduct, policies and procedures, management systems, and all applicable Environmental, Health, Safety and other regulationsAct according to KanPak’s Creed & ValuesHigh School / GED requiredExperience in database management preferredPrevious experience with Inventory management preferredTechnical knowledge of basic equipment componentsPAY & BENEFITS At KanPak, a golden state foods company, we believe that investing in our associates strengthens our culture and fuels our growth.
