Join our clients team in Hallandale as an Office Administrator / Procurement Coordinator! This friendly and dynamic group values organization and efficiency. They are seeking someone who can help keep daily office operations running smoothly while managing procurement activities with a positive attitude. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized. You will collaborate closely with various teams to manage supplies, handle invoices, and support project needs. This is an in-office role, Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Office & Administrative Support:- Maintain smooth office operations by ordering and managing office supplies and inventory. - Run errands to support project and office needs whenever necessary. - Organize both digital and physical filing systems to keep everyone on track. - Act as the main point of contact for vendors, service providers, and team members. Procurement & Purchasing:- Order materials, furniture, and supplies for various projects to ensure everything runs efficiently. - Track purchase orders and deliveries, keeping a close eye on backorders. - Maintain accurate procurement logs for all purchases. - Work with project teams to ensure orders are placed correctly and on time. Accounting & Financial Coordination:- Organize and review incoming invoices from vendors. - Route invoices to the accounting team with all the necessary documentation. - Prepare and issue checks as needed. - Keep track of payments and follow up on any outstanding invoices or issues. Organization & Process Management:- Maintain detailed records of purchases, invoices, and communications with vendors. - Assist with compliance to internal purchasing procedures and guidelines. - Share your ideas on how to enhance organizational and procurement processes. Preferred Experience:- Previous experience in an administrative, procurement, or operations role. - Familiarity with working alongside accounting teams or bookkeeping processes. - Knowledge of vendor management and purchasing workflows is a plus.
