Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Remote) Are you a relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Join us as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, where you'll own the full recruiting cycle and directly influence hiring strategy, candidate experience, and organizational growth. In this role, you'll build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, guide candidates through meaningful career transitions, and make a measurable impact every day. This is a remote opportunity with a stable MondayFriday schedule (35 hours/week), offering autonomy, collaboration, and room to innovate. What You'll Do Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage a high-volume requisition load with ownership from sourcing to offer. Conduct candidate intake, screening, interviews, and hiring manager debriefs. Deliver a seamless, supportive candidate experience with timely communication and fair, equitable offers. Partner With Hiring Managers Build strong, consultative relationships across the business. Develop a deep understanding of each role, including required skills and success competencies. Coach managers on interviewing, decision-making, and compliant hiring best practices. Drive Recruiting Strategy Build and execute sourcing strategies using diverse channels. Research new platforms, job boards, and recruiting tools to continuously elevate results. Create compelling recruitment materials and ensure postings are effective and accurate. Ensure Smooth Operations Maintain accurate ATS records and reports. Support HR compliance, compensation review, internal transfers, and onboarding handoffs. Collaborate on ad-hoc projects that strengthen the hiring process and overall candidate experience. What You Bring Required 3+ years of recruitment experience Bachelor's degree High-volume recruiting background (healthcare, corporate, or similar preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience using ATS systems and sourcing platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of organization Preferred Human resources or talent acquisition experience Interview coaching or HR support capabilities Ability to build recruitment materials and job postings Experience facilitating decision-making sessions with hiring teams Work Environment This is a remote role with consistent hours: MondayFriday, 9 AM5 PM (35-hour work week) Occasional travel (12 times per month depending on season) to the Peekskill office and career fairs may be required. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Peekskill, NY. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $45.67/hr.
