This role is ideal for a strong project coordinator with solid financial acumen and technical awareness who can effectively manage multiple priorities, support leadership, and help drive operational efficiency.The position will play a critical role in coordinating projects, supporting financial processes, and ensuring alignment across a rapidly expanding team and portfolio. This individual will operate with a high level of professionalism and discretion while partnering with managers, directors, and executive leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & OperationsCoordinate technology-related projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications stay on trackManage purchasing processes, including purchase orders, vendor coordination, contract tracking, and invoice processingSupport project expense requests, including tracking and closeout activitiesAssist with internal processes such as project governance and change managementFinancial Coordination & Budget SupportTrack budgets versus actuals and support ongoing financial management activitiesAssist with P&L review preparation, accrual submissions, and financial reportingSupport annual budgeting and forecasting processesCoordinate capital planning activities and reporting requirementsPartner with Finance and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial trackingAdministrative & Team SupportProvide high-level administrative and operational support to leadership, including meeting coordination and expense managementAssist with onboarding/offboarding processes, organizational updates, and team coordinationSupport internal communications and reporting needsHelp manage documentation, compliance, and recurring operational processesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience3-5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, and/or financial supportStrong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, P&L interpretation, and financial trackingProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentProactive, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong attention to detailProfessional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels, including senior leadershipSolid technical acumen with the ability to collaborate with IT teams and support technical initiativesProficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint) with strong Excel skills (advanced preferred)Experience with purchase order systems (e.g., JD Edwards) is a plus; adaptability to systems such as Workday is expectedAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to shift priorities quickly
