Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at Pawling is Seeking RN Supervisors Position can be Full-Time, Part-Time or Per Diem Option 1: Full-Time 4:00pm to 12:00am Option 2: Part-Time 4:00pm to 12:00pm Option 3: Part-Time 12:00pm to 8:00am Option 4: Per Diem for these shifts and weekend days 8am-4pm About the Role As an RN Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day and long-term planning of patient care. You'll manage nursing staff, collaborate with physicians, and provide both physical and emotional support to residents and their families. This is a leadership role with career growth potential. You Will: Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet patient care needs Foster a compassionate environment through emotional and psychological support Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve patient needs Maintain a safe and clean environment by implementing procedures and protocols Ensure compliance with infection control and medication administration policies Audit documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient records Oversee medical equipment and coordinate maintenance Build strong relationships with healthcare teams and participate in problem-solving Requirements: Current NYS RN License (BSN preferred but not required) Minimum 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care or medical/surgical settings Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience Start Immediately!
