DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including Talent Acquisition, Compliance, and Benefits. Talent Acquisition - Assist Talent Acquisition and Development Manager: Review resumes for select positions Assist with scheduling interviews Update job description templates Compliance - Support HR Coordinator: Conduct audits of I-9 Forms and electronic employee files Assist in the preparation of company events (i.e. Summer BBQs) Prepare paperwork for new hire orientations Benefits - Assist the HR Generalist: Update leaves of absence templates in accordance with various state regulations. Participate in team meetings, any ongoing department projects, employee events such as summer BBQs, employee workshops and training. Learning Outcomes: Gain experience in a number of human resource-related functions within the workplace Exposure to human resource-related tools like company ATS, UKG, etc. Develop a deeper understanding of all HR-related functions and how they play a part in each department's success and Coim USA's organization goals. RequirementsQualifications: Looking for a student currently enrolled in Human Resources Management. Students who are currently sophomores going into their junior year, or students who are currently juniors going into their senior year of college, are preferred. Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills, self-starter, can work by her/himself as needed. Well versed in MS 365 (especially Word, Excel, Office), Student to have interest in human resources, talent acquisition, and employee benefits fields. Ability to handle confidential information with care and professionalism. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.
