Shape "home" – apply your expertise in inspections and reporting in affordable housing compliance (hold a TCS or COS certification or have at least 2 years managing LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files). Compliance is the cornerstone of Conifer's success—your precision ensures families remain securely housed. Open doors - build trusted relationships with housing authorities and community partners to connect families with vital resources. Balance with care – oversee leasing, rent collection, financial oversight, budgeting, and vendor management with accuracy and integrity. Be present for people - guide residents through move-ins, move-outs, and daily needs with empathy and professionalism.
