Warehouse Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Paso Robles. This role is responsible for inventory control, material handling, staff coordination, and ensuring timely and accurate distribution of materials to support store and project operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materialsManage inventory levels, conduct regular counts, and maintain accurate recordsCoordinate material staging and deliveries for jobs and store needsEnsure materials are properly labeled, stored, and handled to prevent damageSupervise warehouse staff and schedule daily tasks and workloadsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environmentEnforce safety procedures and proper use of equipmentCommunicate with store management, project managers, and vendors regarding material needsAssist with loading/unloading deliveries and occasional local deliveries if neededIdentify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracyQualificationsPrevious warehouse management or lead experience requiredStrong organizational and leadership skillsExperience with inventory management systems and basic computer skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyWork EnvironmentWarehouse-based role in Paso RoblesPhysical, hands-on position with leadership responsibilitiesCompensationCompetitive pay based on experiencePlease send resume to Taylor@
