Lead Fleet Operations for a high-growth, multi-branch organization.Drive strategic transformation.About Our ClientA major U.S. industrial equipment provider with a multi-branch footprint, known for operational discipline, innovation, and strong market reputation.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute fleet, service, sourcing, and operations strategies aligned with business growth and profitability goals.Lead regional and branch operations to drive standardization, operational discipline, and scalable processes.Champion digital transformation initiatives to improve fleet efficiency, service performance, and customer-facing capabilities.Manage fleet investments, operational budgets, and cost optimization initiatives.Improve margin performance through fleet mix optimization and efficiency improvements.Own operational KPIs and establish performance management structures across the network.Lead fleet planning across procurement, deployment, utilization, maintenance, and disposal.Optimize asset lifecycle and total cost of ownership while driving improved fleet utilization and rental cycle efficiency.Oversee service teams to ensure strong equipment uptime and fast turnaround.Standardize preventive and corrective maintenance programs, QA processes, and parts/WIP management.Support ongoing development of technical capabilities, safety practices, and training programs.Foster a world-class safety culture and ensure compliance across fleet, transportation, and branch operations.Maintain high standards of equipment condition, maintenance quality, and customer readiness.Optimize logistics, fleet distribution, and branch footprint.Support integration of acquisitions and expansion into new markets.Promote continuous improvement and benchmark best practices.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
