Director of Revenue Cycle Opportunity Description   Our client is a well-established Substance Use Disorder organization looking to add a seasoned Director of Revenue Cycle to help lead their financial and accounting functions.  This position is based in Parkersburg, WV. This person will oversee all billing, utilization review, insurance verification, and collections to ensure services are reimbursed accurately, timely, and in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer rules specific to addiction treatment.  Director of Revenue Cycle Job Requirements  Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.  SUD/Mental Health industry experience required. Revenue Cycle leadership experience needed.   Director of Revenue Cycle Job Responsibilities  Oversee all revenue cycle functions including Verification of Benefits (VOB), Utilization Review (UR), billing, coding, claims submission, accounts receivable, and collections Monitor and improve KPIs including days in AR, denial rates, net collection rate, and cash flow performance Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer, and state regulatory requirements   The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
