Legal Biller A well-established law firm in Paramus, NJ is seeking an experienced Legal Biller to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment, understands the nuances of legal billing, and enjoys working closely with attorneys and clients to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. If you're organized, proactive, and comfortable managing high-volume billing in a professional services setting, this role offers stability and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process monthly prebills and final invoices Edit billing based on attorney feedback Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines (including e-billing platforms) Submit invoices through electronic billing systems (e.g., LEDES formats) Track and follow up on billing approvals and rejections Research and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain accurate billing records and client matter files Assist with accounts receivable follow-up as needed Qualifications 2+ years of legal billing experience required Experience with legal billing software (e.g., Aderant, Elite, Clio, or similar) Strong understanding of e-billing platforms and client guidelines Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills; ability to work directly with attorneys Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with employer match Paid holidays Paid vacation Paid sick leave Life and disability insurance Annual discretionary bonus Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
