For the 2026 summer season, we are seeking an intern to join our Finance and Procurement Departments: This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience while allowing you to contribute to our team's success. Responsibilities: Support the Purchasing and Accounting teams with vendor documentation and compliance initiatives. Assist with reviewing, updating, and tracking vendor tax documentation (W-9 forms) to ensure compliance with IRS requirements. Communicate with vendors to request updated documentation and follow up as needed. Maintain accurate records in SAP, including tracking receipt dates and documentation status. Contribute to data accuracy efforts and support reporting related to vendor compliance. Assist with additional administrative or process improvement tasks within Procurement and Finance as assigned. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, preferably pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable conducting outreach via email and phone in a professional setting. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to manage follow-up tasks and meet deadlines independently.
