Clinical Research Coordinator II (Onsite) We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator II to support interventional, sponsor‑funded treatment trials (Phase I-II). This is a patient‑facing, onsite role (5 days/week) working closely with investigators and study participants. Key Responsibilities + Coordinate patient visits and trial-related care + Manage study data, documentation, and Epic charting + Support subject recruitment, screening, and enrollment + Ensure regulatory compliance and study execution + Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and clinical teams Required Qualifications + 2-5+ years CRC experience (site-based only; no pharma/CRO/lab) + Experience with interventional sponsored trials (no observational or survey studies) + Phase I-II treatment trial experience required + Hands-on patient-facing experience + Epic EMR experience required + Background in complex trials (Oncology, Cardio, CAR‑T, Transplant strongly preferred) + Oncology trial experience + EDC systems, chart review, and patient pre-screening Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Palo Alto, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $51.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
