Job Description The Accurate Tools Shop in Rochester, NY is looking for a CWI Certified Welder who takes pride in precision, clean work, and getting highquality parts out the door. If you’re the kind of welder who knows your craft, understands weld quality inside and out, and wants to work in a tightknit, wellrun shop, this is a strong opportunity. What You’ll Do Perform highquality MIG/TIG welding on steel, stainless, and aluminum Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings Conduct weld inspections and ensure compliance with CWI standards Fit, tack, and assemble components with accuracy and minimal rework Document weld quality and maintain inspection records Collaborate with machinists and fabricators to complete custom builds Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety protocols What You Bring: Active CWI certification 3+ years of welding experience in a jobshop or manufacturing environment Strong blueprint and weldsymbol reading skills Ability to weld in multiple positions (flat, horizontal, vertical) Experience with fabrication tools and inspection equipment Strong attention to detail and a teamoriented work style Why This Role Stands Out: Handson, custom fabrication work - not repetitive production Smallshop culture where your work is visible and valued Stable hours with opportunities for growth Work on highprecision, highimpact projects How to Apply: Send resumes to Nicole Willson at gpac: to be considered for this role.
