Position Overview The Account Manager role offers you exceptional career growth opportunities, with 99% of our Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents promoted from this position. In this engaging role, you will manage rental accounts by providing outstanding customer service, promoting new products, driving account performance, executing deliveries and pickups, maintaining store standards, and conducting early-stage collections. Your focus on cultivating customer relationships will greatly contribute to our sales growth while aligning with our mission and core values. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture a portfolio of customer accounts. Conduct early-stage collections and achieve daily/weekly collection goals. Utilize account management tools to maintain account health and secure payment commitments. Efficiently complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups. Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customer’s homes. Drive sales growth and generate new rental agreements. Safely transport and install merchandise while following safety guidelines. Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles diligently. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Strong communication and customer service skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise. Ability to drive a box truck. Capability to stand and drive for extended periods. Schedule & Work Environment Full-time position from Monday to Saturday. Sundays off plus one weekday off.
