Mechanical Engineer

Hello Applicants! Our leading fortune client is looking for Mechanical design Engineer with great experience into Machine Designing and machine/equipment Installation. Having 4 open roles within 2 locations (Wilmington, NC and Painted Post, NY). RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and design mechanical components, fixtures, and systems for precision automation equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standardsUtilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD/Inventor) for detailed design workApply background in precision motion control and production equipment to develop high-accuracy automation solutionsCollaborate with team members on system integrationConduct data analysis, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance to meet stringent precision and reliability requirementsModel systems using fundamental engineering principles, conduct simulations, and execute data analysis using various methods and software tools to validate designs and optimize performancePrepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including design specifications, technical reports, and validation protocolsREQUIRED SKILLS:Proficiency in automation/mechanical engineering fundamentals and principlesProficiency in CAD and engineering analysis(e.g., SolidWorks, AutoDesk Inventor)Experience designing and specifying mechanical components and automation solutions for manufacturing such as fixtures, material handling, etc.Solid understanding of heat transfer principles and experience specifying and installing thermal equipmentKnowledge of motion control systems, including stepper motors, servo motors, and linear actuators, and spooling systems.High level of attention to detail, especially when working on precision applicationsThis positions might required to work with DOD (Department of Defense).
