Our ALL IN culture includes a focus on Safety, Wellness, Learning, Diversity and Inclusion, and giving back to our Communities.ADB is seeking a Level II Technician, DAS to provide mid-level support installing DAS systems and equipment for a variety of customers nationwide. The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to learn, a strong belief in the safety and well-being of team members, as well as a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to install DAS equipment and cable on various project sites, including rack configurations and patchingInstalls, routes, and tests coax and CAT 6 cableSafely installs and wires DC powerplants and uses PM, Sweep and Fiber testing equipmentMaintains cable labeling schemes across large installsPerforms manual strenuous labor within all weather conditions that includes performing basic installations, moving material, operating hand tools, cleaning-up/tearing down job sites, etc.Consistently meets production expectations set by Foreman and/or members of managementProficient ability to read prints and construction drawingsPossesses full understanding and comfortability of safety risks while working in a safety sensitive positionEnsures company and customer property cleanliness and quality standards are met within the expectations set by experienced Foreman and/or members of managementAbility to operate jobsite machinery and manlift equipment as required (mini-excavator, bobcat, bucket truck, etc.)Perform other duties as assigned by leadership SUCCESS FACTORS: 75% travel ability nationwideA strong belief in ZERO - Being safe 100% of the time is the expectationAlignment with company mission, vision, and valuesA high level of customer centricityStrong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitudeStrong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team membersAbility to perform in a fast paced/high volume environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skillsAbility to be organized, problem solve, and be solution orientedProcess improvement skills with the ability to streamline efficiencies within a team environmentSelf-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goalsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)WORK ENVIRONMENT: This role operated both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditionsMust be able to work in a variety of physical positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, etc.May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsiteWhen working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel toed bootsEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: 1+ Year of ISP/DAS cable installation or tower technician experience requiredOSHA 10 certification required First Aid/CPR certification requiredRF Awareness certification requiredValid driver license requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredThe starting pay for this position is $20.00 per hour and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
