Our ALL IN culture includes a focus on Safety, Wellness, Learning, Diversity and Inclusion, and giving back to our Communities.ADB is seeking a Manager, Fleet Administration to oversee and drive the success of fleet-related business objectives including safety, compliance, operational readiness, cost control, and customer support. This role manages fleet administration strategies that enable effective field operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a reliable, safe, and cost-effective vehicle and equipment fleet. The ideal candidate has proven success managing fleet administration functions, strong people and process management skills, and an ALL IN attitude to achieve results.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Mid-level Manager responsible for people management, performance, compliance, and quality within the Fleet Administration functionLeads and manages Fleet Administration team members including time, attendance, performance, training, production, and qualityProvides expert functional leadership in fleet administration, vehicle lifecycle management, compliance, and reportingOversees fleet processes including vehicle ordering, upfitting, transfers, disposals, titling, registration, insurance documentation, and asset trackingEnsures fleet compliance with DOT, FMCSA, state-specific regulations, company policies, and insurance requirementsCreates and drives fleet-related KPIs to contribute to overall department and company scorecard success (cost, utilization, downtime, compliance, safety)Manages vendor relationships related to fleet leasing, maintenance, fuel programs, telematics, upfitting, and disposalPartners cross-functionally with Operations, Safety, Finance, HR, and Compliance to support field readiness and business executionManages fleet financials including budgeting, expense tracking, cost analysis, and cost-reduction initiativesReviews and analyzes fleet data to support operational decisions and continuous improvementLeads special projects related to fleet optimization, system implementations, policy updates, and process improvements from start to finishDevelops and enforces fleet policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiencyDemonstrates basic presentation skills; prepares and presents fleet-related data and insights to senior leadership as requestedMaintains a strong customer-centric mindset, ensuring fleet services support field teams and customer commitmentsUpholds ADB's safety culture, leads by example, and actively drives the philosophy of ZERO across all fleet operationsEngages in ADB culture pillars and encourages participation across Community, Wellness, Development, and Inclusion initiativesPerforms other position duties when requestedSUCCESS FACTORS:Ability to travel Nationwide as neededA strong belief in ZERO- Being Safe 100% of the time is the expectationAlignment with company mission, vision, and valuesStrong work ethic with an ALL IN attitudeA high level of customer centricity supporting field and operational teamsStrong team leader with the ability to build trust and cross-functional relationshipsAbility to perform in a fast-paced, operationally driven environmentA high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skillsSelf-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to achieve department goalsStrong organizational, problem-solving and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to influence desired outcomes through effective relationshipsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.)WORK ENVIRONMENT:This position operates out of a temperature-controlled office environmentThis role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, copy/fax, and smartphonesEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:5+ years of fleet administration, transportation, or asset management experience required2+ years of proven success leading people and managing processes within a departmentExperience supporting DOT-regulated or field-based operations requiredBachelor's degree in business or related field strongly preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredValid Drivers License requiredThe starting pay for this position is $80,000.00 and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
