Junior Product Support Engineer

Description Mill-Max Mfg. Corp., one of the world's leading manufacturers of electronic interconnect components, has a great opportunity available to join our Engineering Team in Oyster Bay, New York. Job Responsibilities: Provide technical product support for customer inquiries Create and maintain product drawings Provide timely responses and regular updates on customer inquiries Proactively keep management informed of critical customer issues/concerns Collaborate with manufacturing in the development of new products and improving existing designs and processes. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows and 3D Modeling Software (SolidWorks preferred) Ability to analyze and design based on mechanical concepts using CAD software. Excellent communication skills, complemented by a strong desire to leverage problem solving skills. Ability to work on a team or independently. Job Details: Reports to Department Manager Full-Time Salaried Employee Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday Pay: $60,000 - $90,000 annually Mill-Max Mfg.
