Job Title: Human Resources InternOverview: As a Human Resources Intern, you will work closely with HR leaders andmentors on a strategic project designed to support our people, culture, andoverall business strategy. Through research, analysis, and collaboration, youwill develop solutions and present your recommendations to the HR leadershipteam. In addition to your project work, you will gain hands-on exposure to theday-to-day functions of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employeeengagement, total rewards, learning and development, and HR operations. What You'll Do:Day in the Life - As part of the Human Resources team,you will contribute to a meaningful project that directly impacts our employeesand workplace experience. Throughout the summer, you will follow a structuredexperience and development plan designed to help you grow professionally andapply your field of study in a real-world HR environment. You will collaboratewith HR partners across multiple disciplines, gather and analyze data, compileand share reports, build professional relationships, and participate in teammeetings and employee-focused initiatives. You will also have opportunities toobserve key HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, performancemanagement, and employee relations. Your program will conclude with a capstonepresentation, where you will formally share insights from your project andprovide recommendations for next steps and future implementation. What it Takes - This internship is for an undergraduatestudent in pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, Management or related majors from an accreditedcollege/university with a minimum GPA of 2.8 (cumulative). To thrive in this role,you must have outstanding work ethic, project and time management skills,strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and abilityto work well individually and in teams. Being highly motivated, resourceful andresults-driven will help you to complete the necessary milestones of theproject. You must also have the ability to ask questions, as well as provideand receive feedback. Access to reliable transportation for various trainingand networking events is required. Bonus Points: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an interest in relationship building through consultative sales. Customer service oriented and able to adapt as needed to meet customer and or business needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and obtain goals.
