Your responsibilities will encompass both operational and strategic aspects of the site's Safety and Health programs and the Environmental, Safety, and Health /(ESH/) management system/. You will also play a crucial role in supporting teams engaged across RMS/. We are proud to offer the flexible 4X10 work schedule that support our employees diverse personal needs/. **Basic Qualifications:** Bachelor's or Master's Degree in industrial hygiene or a related field from an accredited college/. 5/+ years minimum performing industry hygiene related tasks/. Experience with site exposure assessments, employee air and noise sampling, PPE evaluation and assessment/. Experience or knowledge of Respirator Protection Program, Ventilation system reviews, Asbestos Management, Hearing Conservation Program Laser and Radiation Safety, Confined Space Entry and Hazmat response/. Working knowledge of OSHA standards/. Effective oral and written communication skills/. Adept with Microsoft Office applications /(PowerPoint, Excel and Word/)/. **Desired Skills:** Certified Safety Professional or willingness to obtain a certification/. Experience interfacing with OSHA and other regulatory agencies/. Knowledge of and experience with ESH management system elements/. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed/. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits/. **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York /(excluding most major metropolitan areas/), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 /- $167,440/. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location/. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only/.
