As a member of the RMS Airborne Electronic Warfare Business Development team this individual will be responsible for Strategy and Business Development for Airborne Electronic programs across US Air Force, Navy, and Research and Development programs within the Department of War (DoW). The individual will interface with customers across the DoW community including Prime contractors and Sensor Providers supporting the Airborne Electronic Warfare solutions market strategy, growing the pipeline and capturing new business. This individual will focus on securing our core programs while expanding into white space areas with strong mission offerings. This individual will be responsible for growing our Airborne Electronic Warfare annual orders and sales with specific focus on US Air and Space Force. Duties will include but are not limited to: The individual in this position will also be responsible for supporting and developing the market strategy for new solutions Function as a Lead Team member supporting Strategy. Support the integration and partnership with the other RMS LoBs, Aeronautics, Missiles and Fire Control, Enterprise Solutions and Space, to develop focused market strategies and support the development of the respective long range plans Support RMS and other business interests and related activities with; Washington Operations, Corporate Business Development, Corporate Strategic Development, Corporate CTO, Corporate Treasury and others as required Assess and build effective customer relationships both externally and throughout the organization Continue to evolve Business Development organization and develop leaders to support business area growth Measures of effectiveness of the individual in this position will include: Ability to locate, shape and win new business opportunities Ability to establish market focused growth strategies Developing and growing the new business pipeline Capturing profitable and strategic new business Building strong internal and external teams Ability to penetrate new markets Business is be based in Owego, NY but the role can be virtual for the right candidate. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
