Associate Recruiter (Temporary)

Associate Recruiter Daikin Applied is seeking an Associate Recruiter on a temporary basis. Location: Faribault and Owatonna, MN - Hybrid This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent hire based on performance and business needs. Your Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g. applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, employee referrals) Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics Maintain accurate candidate records and data within applicant tracking system Support the HR, hiring, and recruitment team with administrative tasks Participate in internal and external training programs to develop recruitment skills Attend and support networking events such as job fairs to build relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals Other duties as assigned Your Qualifications: Associate's degree in human resources or Equivalent Experience 1 year of Relevant Experience Your Benefits: Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance 401K retirement plan with employer match Paid time off and company paid holidays Paid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local law Tuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. The typical hourly pay for this position ranges from $23.65-$36.58 in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
