Take messages, transfer calls to appropriate party and provide overall information to callersScheduling appointments and maintaining calendarsMaintain a safe and clean reception and kitchen area.Monitor office supplies and order when neededProcess all incoming and outgoing mail.Scan, file and index documents as requestedAssist with invoice data entry and processingProvide a wide range of administrative supportQualifications:1 or more years' previous experience in a front desk positionProficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookExcellent communication (written & verbal) and proofreading skillsPositive, friendly, and energetic demeanorDemonstrated strong interpersonal communication skillsExcellent organization skills with strong attention to detailAbility to adapt quickly and be flexible in a dynamic work environment
