If you're friendly, confident, and ready to grow in a fun, professional environment, this is your chance to shine "” and earn big while doing it.   What You'll Do:Be the first point of contact at the kiosk "” greet every customer with a smile.Educate guests on Sparkle's wash packages, products, and membership program.Promote memberships and upgrades "” earn commission for every sign-upCreate a welcoming, efficient experience that keeps customers coming back.Work collaboratively with your team to maintain smooth operations.   Who You Are:Energetic, persuasive, and professional "” you love engaging with people.Self-motivated and driven to meet goals.Reliable, positive, and fortable working outdoors and on your feet.Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.   Pay & Perks:$15.00-$17.00/hour (plus commission).Commission-heavy role with significant earning potential.All employees (management and non-management) are eligible for club plan commissions.Career growth opportunities in a supportive, fast-growing company.   Why Sparkle Express?
