Registered Nurse Job Category: Hourly Requisition Number: REGIS001197 Part-Time On-site River Glen - Osceola, Osceola, WI 54020, USA Description Qualifications: Graduate of an approved RN nursing program with a current Wisconsin RN license BLS (CPR/AED) certification required Geriatric or long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and supervisory skills Acceptable criminal background check Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Director of Nursing; supervises LPNs and nursing assistants Position Summary: Provides and coordinates resident care in compliance with Board of Nursing standards and all state and federal regulations. Serves as a team leader, supervising nursing staff and supporting quality, safe, and resident-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Assess resident conditions, document care, report changes, and communicate with physicians, Nurse Managers, and families Assist with care planning, physician orders, admissions, discharges, and interdisciplinary collaboration Administer medications and treatments as ordered and oversee delegated nursing care Supervise and guide LPNs and nursing assistants to ensure completion of assigned duties Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with regulations and facility policy Promote resident independence, safety, dignity, and social engagement Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, resident rights, and abuse prevention laws Participate in quality assurance activities, audits, committees, and staff education Maintain professional competence through ongoing education and training Perform related duties as assigned in accordance with organizational policies Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift 3050 pounds Pay: $37.00-$50.00 per hour depending on years of experience.
