This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution "” someone who can run a tight operation and still see the bigger picture.You'll lead a small team and serve as the go-to expert for employees and managers across the organization. What You'll OwnFull lifecycle management of group benefits programs "” medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, and 401(k)Leave of absence, workers' comp, and accommodation coordination across state and federal requirements401(k) administration: enrollment, audits, true-up calculations, trustee coordination, and payroll fundingOpen enrollment planning and employee communicationsBenefits compliance: documentation, government filings, plan audits, and regulatory reportingTeam leadership "” coaching, performance management, and day-to-day supervisionWhat We're Looking For3+ years of progressive group benefits experienceStrong working knowledge of FMLA, ERISA, HIPAA, and ACAExperience with self-funded welfare benefit plans (preferred)High Excel proficiency and comfort across HRIS/payroll systemsCEBS, PHR, or equivalent certification (preferred)A leader who communicates clearly, protects confidentiality, and solves problems without being askedWhy It's Worth Your LookCompetitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and the chance to build something "” not just maintain it.
