The Sales Account Manager will oversee account management, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop strong client relationships. Responsibilities include lead generation, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining service excellence, and achieving sales targets. The role requires proactive collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs and support business growth.QualificationsStrong skills in Account Management and ensuring Customer SatisfactionPrevious experience with Grocery Point of Sale Systems is major plus or familiarity with retail technology industries in general. Experience in Customer Service with a focus on building long-term relationshipsProficiency in Lead Generation and securing new business opportunitiesExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging professionally with clients and teamsAbility to work independently while effectively coordinating with other departmentsProven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targetsFluent in English. Spanish also desired.
