A Day in the Life * Assemble FPV headset components according to documented work instructions * Perform repetitive, hands-on assembly tasks with precision and consistency * Inspect individual parts and finished products to identify defects or quality issues * Use hand tools and basic electronic testing equipment * Meet daily production schedules and output targets * Accurately document completed work, scrap, and rework * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation * Escalate quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors promptly * Follow all safety, quality, and company policies at all times What You'll Do * Deliver high-quality FPV headset assemblies that support real-world drone operations * Take ownership of workmanship and quality at your workstation-no hand-offs, no excuses * Support production efficiency by staying focused, reliable, and output-driven * Help prevent defects and rework by catching issues early and speaking up * Contribute to a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement * Adapt quickly to production changes, updated instructions, or shifting priorities * Represent American manufacturing standards through consistency and attention to detail
