This role serves the first point of contact for online shoppers and travel agents, when looking to select their accommodations. We strive to provide the guest with the best experience from the first phone call. What does a Customer Service Reservation Agent do? Assist our guest and travel agents with their vacation needs via inbound calls Provide recommendations on suitable options while confirming reservations at our collection of internationally distinguished hotels Answer inquiries pertaining to the resorts’ amenities, services, and policies Aid guests with any special requests for their stay such as dinner reservations, airport transfers, city tours, etc. Why Aven Hospitality? Bonus Pay -  Average monthly payout is anywhere from 5-15% of salary; and if on a top team, could mean up to $1200/month! Scheduling is pretty much a set schedule; if day people leave then we obviously ask if night ppl want to move to day; we do mini shift bids to see if anyone wants them when they come up; or if you always have Fri/Sat off each week and 6 months later you prefer to have Mon/Tues, then you can request and if available, then it’s good to go; typically if work both weekend days, you’ll have 2 days off in a row Promote from within. Only hire external for Reservation Agents. Move into a Supervisor or Trainer role.
