The Pines at Sunriver is looking for a dedicated Engineering Supervisor to join our amazing team full-time. This is your chance to lead a skilled crew, keep our resort in top shape, and make an impact on the guest experience every single day!As a key member of the Resort Operations Team, the Engineering Supervisor oversees a team of maintenance technicians while coordinating daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep. Your leadership ensures our resort remains safe, functional, and welcoming for every guest and owner.As a Engineering Supervisor, you will:Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring all resort units and public areas are in top conditionCoordinate schedules, assign daily tasks, and balance business needs with employee requestsTrain, mentor, and develop your team for successConduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safetyRespond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests with efficiency and courtesyManage budgets, records, payroll, and departmental operationsEnsure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policiesStep in and assist with hands-on maintenance when neededHandle additional responsibilities as assignedTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
