Job Description:
Track & Trace Representative As Track & Trace Representative, you will work in a fast-paced environment coordinating our day-to-day shipments and supporting the efforts of our office by providing visibility and maintaining accurate documentation for all loads. The key responsibilities of this role are to provide clear and concise communication, troubleshoot customer concerns, and to proactively monitor the movement of freight to ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Enter new load orders into our proprietary web-based softwareInitiate "check calls" to track and trace drivers on all pickups and deliveriesCommunicate with drivers to ensure accurate documentationClosely monitor freight via multiple detailed websites to ensure accurate delivery times and to notify customers of potential delaysMaintain and collect proper paperwork for each shipmentWork cooperatively with Sales and Dispatch to provide solutions for customers' needs and resolve issuesMaintain an outbound call volume of 100 calls per daySkills/Abilities:1-3 years of work experience in customer service, operations, data entry, call center, dispatch, or logisticsMust have strong attention to detailAbility to prioritize, balance, and organize information while completing multiple tasks.Above-average proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent teamwork skills Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate's degree preferredCall center experience is a bonusBenefits:$17 -$18 per hourFull-time: 40 hours per weekOn-site training and career developmentPaid holidays and paid time offInsurance benefits, including but not limited to: Health, vision, dental, life, and disability401(k) Plan
