Product Designer

Seeking a senior-level "storyteller" who blends product design, eCommerce expertise, and conversational UX to craft seamless, high-performing digital experiences. This role focuses on designing end-to-end customer journeys across chatbot and commerce ecosystems, with an emphasis on conversion, usability, and measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end product experiences across chatbot, eCommerce, and checkout flowsTranslate complex business and user needs into clear, compelling design narrativesCreate interactive prototypes to validate concepts and communicate ideasApply eCommerce best practices (including conversion optimization and usability standards)Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholdersPresent design strategy, decisions, and progress to leadership and executive audiencesContribute to and scale design systems and component librariesUse testing and data insights to inform iterative, performance-driven design decisionsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in product design or related fieldProven experience in eCommerce and/or chatbot designStrong storytelling, communication, and presentation skillsExperience working in agile environmentsEnd-to-end multidisciplinary design expertise, including research and testingAdvanced prototyping skills (mid- to high-fidelity)Strong foundation in UX, interaction design, and visual design principlesExperience with design systems and component librariesAbility to design for performance, not just aestheticsPortfolio demonstrating relevant work requiredPreferred QualificationsBackground in UX, HCI, or related fieldFamiliarity with AI tools and emerging technologiesExperience with data-driven and growth design methodologiesStrong foundation in business and creative storytellingThe pay range for this position is 59 to 60.
