In this role, some of your job responsibilities include but are not limited to, preparing and cleaning surfaces for painting, filling holes and cracks, assisting in mixing and the application of paint, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn from our experienced team. Your work will involve a range of projects, including both interior and exterior painting jobs for residential and commercial properties.In addition, you should be capable of working independently or in a team and committed to delivering high-quality results to our clients. A positive attitude is a must!Responsibilities:Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipmentGetting yourself to and from the job sitesPrepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessaryUse caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracksQualifications:2+ years of verifiable painting experience (must be stated on resume)Valid driver’s license, good driving records, and reliable transportation to commute between job sitesSmartphone with data plan (compensated)Positive attitudeAbility to lift and carry 20 lbs to 75 lbs of equipmentAble to stand, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, climb, carry, and crouchMust be comfortable with heightsApplicants are advised that background checks will be conducted prior to employment.
