We partner with leading brands, agencies, and talent to bring immersive, in-person experiences to life through seamless planning and execution.Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. The position reports to The Director of Production.Project Manager Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will assist the account management staff to produce detailed drawings, equipment lists, production schedules and labor requirements for upcoming events ensuring a smooth process throughout the entirety of all events.Project Manager DutiesWork with account managers to ensure staff and shop are aware of conception, design stage and what is needed for completion of Event. Confirm all items in drawings can be accomplished with equipment spec and what is available. Determine budgetary limitations and potentials and produce quotes if we need to sub rent to complete. Work with our production teams to create design solutions to produce events based on available gear. Coordinate with Shop, vendors, account managers, and sched manager to ensure that all necessary parties are communicating. Flag issues and help produce solutions as soon as they are identified.QualificationsMUST have at least 5 years of Event Management/Planning experience.Experience with Vectorworks a plus. Candidate should be detail oriented with an ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
