This is a hands-on opportunity to work with business jet aircraft in a fast-paced maintenance environment supporting private, charter, and corporate aviation operations.Based at the heart of South Florida aviation, Opa-locka is a major hub for business aviation activity, and JetRx plays a key role in keeping aircraft moving safely and efficiently through it.At JetRx, we specialize in responsive aircraft maintenance, including AOG support, scheduled inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and complex system diagnostics. Our focus is simple: precision maintenance, rapid turnaround, and uncompromising safety.What You'll DoPerform inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on business jet aircraftSupport scheduled maintenance and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) recovery eventsDiagnose and resolve airframe, engine, and avionics system issuesEnsure all work complies with FAA regulations and OEM standardsComplete accurate maintenance logs and documentationWork closely with DOMs, pilots, and operations teamsSupport and mentor junior technicians when neededHelp maintain a safety-first, high-performance maintenance cultureWhat We're Looking ForFAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License (required)Strong experience in business jet MRO environments5+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experienceExperience with Gulfstream, Bombardier, Citation, Embraer, or similar aircraft (preferred)Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsSolid understanding of FAA regulations and maintenance documentationAbility to perform in fast-paced, time-sensitive AOG situationsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesNice to HaveInspection Authorization (IA)Experience in mobile or field maintenance operationsBackground in corporate, charter, or high-utilization aviation environmentsPrior experience supporting rapid-response AOG teamsWhy JetRx?JetRx is a South Florida-based FAA-certified MRO provider built by aviation professionals who understand the importance of speed, precision, and reliability.
