Warehouse Manager

Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing materials while ensuring consistent quality standards. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational areas at once, including inventory accuracy, order coordination, and shipping timelines. This individual will ultimately oversee the full fulfillment process to ensure customer orders are completed efficiently and accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, quality assurance, shipping, logistics, and overall productivityManage and schedule warehouse staff to meet operational demands while minimizing overtimeMaintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper handling and storage of materialsOversee order fulfillment processes and ensure timely delivery to customersCoordinate transportation and logistics with drivers and freight providersMonitor workflow, labor needs, and space utilization to maintain efficiencyInspect and maintain warehouse equipment, tools, and machineryPartner with team leads to review performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvementsEnsure compliance with safety standards and operational proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and side loaders3+ years of experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and policiesProven leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively across all levels of an organizationPreferred QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing, metals, or industrial environmentFamiliarity with quality management systems such as AS9120 or similarBasic computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeAbility to work within regulated environments
